- The Confluence space and a description of the bulk operation you were running (find/replace terms, options used, scope).
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Any error message shown in the app, and the approximate date and time.

- Every bulk change shows a dry-run preview before anything is written — review it to confirm scope.
- Applied a change you didn't intend? Use the in-app undo to reverse recent changes.
- If a UI change isn't showing after an update, try a hard refresh of the page.
